Promoting Tribal Roles in Providing Compensatory Mitigation Offsets

Tribal participation in ecological restoration is needed now more than ever. However, policy constraints limit tribes’ participation in restoration, specifically for compensatory mitigation purposes. This paper contains recommendations for the Biden Administration that opens opportunities for tribal participation in restoration.
