Senior Funding Navigator Manager
Mary is a Senior Funding Navigator Manager with EPIC. She brings a background in water conservation program management and community outreach to her role. Before joining the team, Mary worked in drought-impacted states where she developed innovative and accessible water use efficiency strategies. Her professional background includes conducting research on how the agriculture sector in central Arizona responds to water shortages linked to drought planning on the Colorado River. Mary earned her BA in English Literature with double minors in Environmental Sustainability and Nutrition and Food Science from Georgia Southern University, as well as a MS in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Northern Arizona University.

Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, my deep appreciation for water began during my years in graduate school, when I spent time exploring the creeks of northern Arizona. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with water utilities at the city and county levels in both Arizona and California, providing resources and knowledge to help individuals and organizations make wise water use a reality. I now live in Philadelphia and support communities across eight states with accessing financing to invest in water and wastewater systems, helping them continue to provide reliable water and sewer services to residents. In my free time, I enjoy paddleboarding, hiking, yoga and art.
