Tennessee SFY25 Public Comments: Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plans Covering Emerging Contaminants and Lead Service Line Replacement

These comments reflect goals of the Environmental Policy Innovation Center (EPIC) and the undersigned organizations: (1) ensuring that SRF assistance is prioritized for state-defined disadvantaged communities (DACs) while ensuring durability and resiliency of the Fund, and (2) increasing program capacity and community engagement to further this goal and, more generally, to enable interested parties and the general public to better understand Tennessee’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and the Fund’s essential role in facilitating water infrastructure investments to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable drinking water for all Tennesseeans.
