Comment Letter: Nationwide Permit Reissuance

Our comments on the proposed reissuance of Clean Water Act Nationwide Permits (linked below) are based on research conducted over the last six years on various aspects of the Clean Water Act, tribal opportunities for participation in compensatory mitigation, research on compensatory mitigation and offset policies and principles globally, and our staff’s combined restoration expertise of 36 years.
